What is included in 1:1 personal training?
Your program is written specifically for you, based on your goal, your training history, any injuries or limitations, and your real-world schedule. From there, every session includes hands-on technique coaching rep by rep, progressive programming that gets harder as you adapt, and tracking of your key numbers so progress is measured rather than guessed. You also get clear homework for the days you train on your own, plus nutrition guidance so your eating supports the work instead of undoing it.

How is 1:1 training different from group classes or apps?
Group classes and fitness apps are cheaper for a reason. They cannot watch your form, cannot adjust load in real time, and cannot redesign your week when life gets in the way.
