What does nutrition coaching include?
You get a nutrition approach tailored to your goal, your lifestyle, your food preferences and your schedule, not a printed meal plan to obey. We coach you on how to structure meals, hit the protein and energy targets your training needs, navigate eating out and social life, and make better choices without obsessing over every gram. There are regular check-ins to review progress, troubleshoot the hard weeks and adjust as your body and life change.
The goal is not just a diet that works once. It is teaching you to eat well for good.
Do you give meal plans or counting?
We meet you where you are. Some people thrive with structured targets and tracking; others do better with simple, flexible habits and guardrails. Rather than force one rigid system on everyone, we coach the approach that fits your personality and life, because the best nutrition plan is the one you will actually follow. As you learn, the rules get lighter and your own judgement takes over.
Will I have to give up the foods I love?
No. Blanket bans are exactly why diets fail. We build your nutrition around foods you enjoy, including room for social meals and treats, so the plan survives real life. Restriction creates bingeing; balance creates results. When nothing is forbidden, nothing has the power to derail you.
Can nutrition coaching help me lose fat and keep it off?
